Eric Edmeades is a world-renowned speaker and author, as well as a pioneer in the field of evolutionary biology and nutritional anthropology. Eric's personal experience was his motivation to investigate the impact of food on human health. He wanted to understand why his body had healed if he had only made simple changes to his diet. In his research, Eric came to live with the Bushmen in Africa to study their eating patterns. He has spent much of his life studying nutrition and researching functional anthropology, then analyzing and testing his theories. WildFit is the culmination of all of Eric's work.
