Axel Kaiser Barents von Hohenhagen is one of the brightest minds in his generation and has been named one of the most admired intellectuals in Chile. He is the co-founder and director of the Fundación para el Progreso, one of the most influential organizations in Latin American thought. He is Director of the Friedrich Hayek Chair at the Adolfo Ibáñez University in Santiago de Chile and Senior Fellow of the Atlas Center for Latin America based in Miami.

He has been a Visiting Scholar at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University and he is a columnist for the newspapers Diario Financiero and El Mercurio and his opinions have been published in international media such as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Forbes.com, among others.

Axel Kaiser, is a Chilean-German lawyer and Master in Investments, Commerce and Arbitration, Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Heidelberg. He is an international speaker and author of several books, among them La neoinquisición: Persecución, censura y decadencia cultural en el sigloXXI and La Tiranía de la Igualdad.
