Cesalina Gracie is an entrepreneur, athlete, and TV presenter committed to helping individuals cultivate resilience, confidence and leadership. Born into the legendary Gracie family —pioneers of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and founders of the UFC—, Cesalina became an entrepreneur at 21, launching a successful global franchise.
Blending the art of jiu-jitsu with leadership, self-defense, and psychology, Cesalina took her mission a step further by founding the first Gracie studio exclusively for women and girls, equipping them with confidence, assertiveness, and mental fortitude. A fearless adventurer, she made history as the 8th Brazilian woman to summit Mount Everest during its deadliest season, proving the power of mindset and preparation.
As a TV presenter, she has hosted the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic and Paralympic Games and now co-hosts "BetterUp" —in partnership with Microsoft and Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex—, a project showcases transformative conversations with some of the most influential figures of our time, including Maria Sharapova, Pau Gasol, and Aurora James.
